I went today for service on my 2014 GMC Terrain and Benny Pereira was very courteous, friendly, helpful. He took care of my car IN A VERY EFFICIENT WAY. I was very happy with his help, while I was waiting for my oil change I decided to go inside and see the beautiful collection of cars they possess. Then came Mr. Juan Dominguez, the dealership manager and made me an offer of a 2016 Buick Enclave that I could not resist. He is amazing. The Sales and Leasing Professional who took care of me was Yosmel Tundidor. He was great. He was very helpful as well. These gentlemen work in a team to offer their clients the best service in town. I can only say one word in reference to these three men and the rest of the staff as well and the finance Department too. They are excellent, friendly, energetic, and passionate for their work. It is extremely difficult to find a place in which the environment of the employees are as amazing as they are at Doral Buick GMC. Tried to buy my leased vehicle and ended up unattended Three years ago I went to Doral Buick and leased a 2013 Buick Enclave. I had a great experience back then and I thought that this would be a great pla Three years ago I went to Doral Buick and leased a 2013 Buick Enclave. I had a great experience back then and I thought that this would be a great place to go back to for the end of my lease. I was so wrong. I went today wanting to buy my car because my lease is ending and I wanted to buy it while trading it another one of my vehicles. I firstly talked to one of the managers "Juan Dominguez" and he was absolutely great and brutally honest which I really appreciated. After he left, I was being attended by Manuel Ponce who was very shady and never had a straight forward answer for any of my questions. After agreeing on a trade in appraisal value with the manager "Juan", they came back from finance with a low ball offer for $2000 less than agreed and with many unexplained charges that no one could explain to me. After trying to slide hidden charges on the paperwork and having me wait for hours, my salesman Manuel Ponce disappeared and left me there without an explanation and with many errors on the paperwork and to my surprise I found him showing cars to other customers on the lot when I finally decided to get up and leave on my own. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated today and how they tried to take advantage of me once the manager left the dealership. I wouldn't recommend this place to any new buyers.This place isn't what it used to be years ago. More
