Hello Mrs. Richardson, Again I am very sorry that you feel this way towards us. The last thing we wanted to do is cause you any discomfort whatsoever. Unfortunately the banks dictate final terms and rates. We would have wanted nothing more then to keep terms as originally contrated, which was based on the computer generated preliminary decision which was received the day of the sale which happened to be on a Sunday in which live personel is very limited. Our job then is to find away between speaking to bank representatives then credit department supervisors and so forth to get the deal approved accordingly. After exhausting several avenues the best case scenario was confirmed based on the credit being scored as determined by the credit reporting agencies. Furthermore I recall how you were equally as upset as to when you had been quoted the lease payment prior to you comming in, which was based on tier 1 credit approval, over the phone while you had been shopping on line and then when you came in it had changed, then to add insult to injury changing again at a later date. Please don't hold this against us, as we strive to keep our customers happy and completely satisfied with their purchase and experience here. I don't want you to feel as if we were operating a "scam" and even more so I truly still want you to be happy. I would please ask you to find it within your heart to remove the negative review that you posted about us (very easy to do by logging back in to dealerater and romove rating / posting) Please contact me directly anytime at (786)357-9313 (mobile) So I can go over with you how else I can still make everything up to you and truly make you feel happy with us.
