I said to him "I don't w On December 24, 2015 mid day I spoke to Alex Alvarez, Manager of Service, and told him the a/c in my buick was not working. I said to him "I don't want to be without a/c for Christmas, please"....He asked me to come to the dealership and GOT THE A/C FIX FOR ME BY 3pm.
