Took care of me when two unexpected parts went bad Benny took care of me as always but this time it was not my regular maintenance but my air conditioner was not blowing cold air. Took it in and found Benny took care of me as always but this time it was not my regular maintenance but my air conditioner was not blowing cold air. Took it in and found out the condenser had to be changed however when taken to the mechanic I also found out the compressor had to be replaced at well. Between the help of Benny, Henry and Alexander they were able to help me out with the parts and pricing so I would be able to better afford the unexpected repairs. I would always be grateful of what they did and would never forget the situation which went from sour into a very positive experience. Even the driver was really nice at picking me up and dropping me off at my job location while repairs where done. If you own a Buick or GMC don't go anywhere else but Doral GMC, you won't regret it. I spoke to Sergio in part and he was super helpful and did his best, I also spoke to Mr. Perrera and he finally resolved my lock mishap, Thanks to the customer service and positive energy I saved my self a trip on gas and no loss in work time.
