Benny Comes Through Again! Woke up to a dead battery last Thursday and remembering that I had an upcoming service due to my car, I called Benny to see if I can take care of ever Woke up to a dead battery last Thursday and remembering that I had an upcoming service due to my car, I called Benny to see if I can take care of everything figuring that I would get the car back the next day. Despite the fact that he had a service bay full of cars that day, Benny made sure that my car was serviced properly, the battery was replaced and they even washed and vacuumed the car! The short story is, that even though I could not get out of work in time to pick up the car before the dealership closed, Benny volunteered to remain at the dealership long past closing to wait for me to come by and pick it up. This type of services unheard of these days, and is the main reason why I've been dealing with this dealership for the past 13 years. The car buying experiences pleasant enough, but it only lasts for a few hours on the day that you come to buy or lease your car. The long-standing relationship with the service department especially the advisors, in my opinion is the real backbone of any dealership as these are the people you will be dealing with consistently throughout the life of your lease or ownership experience. In my opinion, Benny makes this experience so pleasant, streamlined, and efficient, that I am finding more and more reasons each day to lease another car from Doral Buick once my lease is up next year despite considering models from other companies. The reason is simple: I prefer to drive a GMC or Buick rather than a Cadillac or Lincoln simply because Benny Perera's got my back! Thanks Benny, your're awesome buddy! More

He is honest, direct, and considerate of your time. I was a car salesman, and I can honestly say that the service advisers were just as bad as the salesman. However, Benny has never tried to scare me into purchasing a service I really don't need. If you are looking for top-notch service for your vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership for all of your automotive needs. You can count on fast, friendly service at a very competitive price.
