Service Department Review I bought my Cadillac Escalade from Doral Buick GMC about a year ago and since then the dealership was sold to new owners. And I actually knew the ori I bought my Cadillac Escalade from Doral Buick GMC about a year ago and since then the dealership was sold to new owners. And I actually knew the original owner of the dealership. So when I called the Service Dept I wasn't sure if the same great service I was used to before would still be there. But I was happy to find out that Carlos (who is the Service Dept Mgr) was still working there. So I asked him if my headlight was covered under my warranty, I really wasn't expecting it to be covered BUT Carlos found out my warranty covered most of the cost, about 60%!!! I was so relieved because a new headlight for a Escalade can cost @ $1300! I couldn't come in to have the headlight replaced till almost 3 weeks after they told me, but that was my fault not theirs. But I went in today and I was even late for my service appointment but they took care of me right away and they replaced my headlight in less then an hour! I was really surprised! They were able to switch it out and have me on my way a lot faster then I expected! Carlos was not in today, but Geovanny assisted me today and he did a great job!
