Bought in my 2008 Toyota that I purchased last Saturday, 1/11/14 to have 2 items checked, the brakes and the airbag warning light. With the assistance of Mr. Alvarez and Mr Rodriguez, they fit me in even th 1/11/14 to have 2 items checked, the brakes and the airbag warning light. With the assistance of Mr. Alvarez and Mr Rodriguez, they fit me in even though they were very busy with their appointments. They were able to resolve my brake issue and had me schedule another appointment to see their tech specialist for the airbag issue. This was my first visit to Doral GMC for service work on my 2014 GMC Sierra Truck (I purchased this truck in Daphne Alabama). I had some fuel issues for which another dealership (Chris Myers) did not go out my 2014 GMC Sierra Truck (I purchased this truck in Daphne Alabama). I had some fuel issues for which another dealership (Chris Myers) did not go out of their way to investigate; however this dealership (Doral GMC) did just that. After a wonderful intro with Carlos and Geovanny taking great concern to my issues they passed it along to their top tech Joel. Within twenty minutes Joel spoke with me and identified the problem as a bad fuel control module for which was the cause to all three problems I presented to the entire group. I am so very pleased with this group and highly recommend anyone to Doral GMC. During my wait, all the employees I came in contact were very pleasant, kind and nice to me.
