I went in to have my car serviced and Benny welcomed me to the dealership as soon as I walked in. Benny made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. I had a horrible experience with this service department. Long story short, my car (2008 G8 GT) lost complete power on the highway while I was making a trip to Miami. I found the closest dealership to my hot Long story short, my car (2008 G8 GT) lost complete power on the highway while I was making a trip to Miami. I found the closest dealership to my hotel and dropped off the car. The next day around noon I received a call saying the car was a simple fix and I owed $320. I normally work on my own car but I was without tools and did not have any time as this trip was for competitions (Civil engineering). I was charged $150 for a Mass Airflow Sensor which I was told just died (nobody I have ever talked to said they just die.. including the dealership I had to bring it to later on). Also a charge of $160 for labor was ridiculous based off the fact that it comes off with 2 screws and then put right back in place. Its a 5 minute job. I just needed my car back and I paid and expected it to be fixed. 150 miles down the road, the SAME EXACT ISSUE HAPPENED!! I paid another $170 just to get home (didnt have time to investigate the issue). A trip from Miami to Jacksonville should never take 12 hours. I contacted Doral requesting a refund and they told me that I would have to bring that issue up with GM Customer Service. I contacted GMCS and explained the entire issue. They worked with me and another dealership in Jacksonville to correct the issue (faulty fuel pump, covered under warranty). Welll by the end of that, GMCS told me that they are not incharge of refunds and that I would have to contact the dealership. Had I known this, I would have filed a dispute with my CC and received my money back. I sent an email to the service advisor I worked with, Tony Herrera. It was a nice email stating the issues that I had and requesting a refund. I received a voicemail the next day from him and he was not happy at all. I tried calling him multiple times, leaving voicemails and sending him emails. When I finally received a response, it was very rude. He was not professional at all stating that I never called him (I know I did since it was the number on his business card) and just blatantly said no refunds without a reason. I feel as if I was taken advantage of based on my situation and treated very poorly after I paid. The only thing positive I can say about the dealership is that it was very clean. I will be posting this everywhere that can have a review on this dealership and hopefully I get my word out. More

I did not have the work done at the time I visited because I cannot afford it right now. However, I will not hesitate to take my car to Mr. Herrera for the repair. I found him to be friendly, professi because I cannot afford it right now. However, I will not hesitate to take my car to Mr. Herrera for the repair. I found him to be friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the work needed, the costs and the time it would take to perform the repair. He did not pressure me, like many other service people would have, and for that reason I felt comfortable with this dealership. More

I brought in my car because it is close to my job and I needed to fix my car while at work. I had no idea what was wrong with my car and I did not know who to trust also i drive a toyota and not a Buick (n needed to fix my car while at work. I had no idea what was wrong with my car and I did not know who to trust also i drive a toyota and not a Buick (now a days it's hard to know who trust). The team at Doral Buick have restored my faith alto dealerships. Especially Mr. Tony Herrera, he was professional honest and friendly. My car was ready by the time I had to leave work and fixed perfectly. Thank you Doral Buick! More

This is the best service I ever had would recommend this to any of my friends or family also if people was to ever go any where go Doral Buick GMC I mean I love this place there no other place that would gi to any of my friends or family also if people was to ever go any where go Doral Buick GMC I mean I love this place there no other place that would give you better service at least that what I think.They help me when no one else could and the service was fast he got me in and out right away.
