And I could pick it up. I was 3 days using Uber because of a minor issue, and I have an extended warranty. My previous car was a $ 20.000 Mercedes, I had an issue like this and they gave me a car so I could move on my own until the diagnosis. More
Service visit reaaaaally ,bad why? 1-Tire change two TPMS broken find out when I get home ,no body tell me nothing about ,installed two different than the factory ones(no charge thank 1-Tire change two TPMS broken find out when I get home ,no body tell me nothing about ,installed two different than the factory ones(no charge thanks god)now I have two different sensors on my tires. 2-Alignment not done they told me if we got an accident or something because they can’t make the machine work so 0 alignment too. 3-Truck with grease every were running boards floor mats ,hand marks on doors ,trunk etc….. 4-Left the truck at 7:30am and picked up at 4:30pm not enough people at service department we have been told ,also no body call to let me know the truck was ready, and also has to go to work in UberI . 4-Hopefully we got the oil change right!! In general no more Lorenzo Buick and GMC for my service needs or anything else, Thanks. More

Customer service was very poor. My car stayed in service department for more than a month because of a delayed part. I can understand that, but there was never a call back to provid My car stayed in service department for more than a month because of a delayed part. I can understand that, but there was never a call back to provide me with an update on the status on my car even after leaving messages requesting a call back . I had to go in person and visit the dealership 2 times just to get updates. I recommend better training for the service advisor Gabriel that never took the time to follow up to let me know how my car was doing. Before I took delivery of my car I found a few scratches on the passenger side back door panel that were not there before. Very disappointed! More
