Customer service was very poor. My car stayed in service department for more than a month because of a delayed part. I can understand that, but there was never a call back to provid My car stayed in service department for more than a month because of a delayed part. I can understand that, but there was never a call back to provide me with an update on the status on my car even after leaving messages requesting a call back . I had to go in person and visit the dealership 2 times just to get updates. I recommend better training for the service advisor Gabriel that never took the time to follow up to let me know how my car was doing. Before I took delivery of my car I found a few scratches on the passenger side back door panel that were not there before. Very disappointed! More
Hello, I had a bad experience buying a car there, the car caused something that could not drive more than 80 miles and I needed to remove those restrictions. Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE experience. We will never go back or even attempt to ever tell anyone to use this service center. Explain to us how a service advisor communicates? Becaus We will never go back or even attempt to ever tell anyone to use this service center. Explain to us how a service advisor communicates? Because ours was non-existent. He tells you to either call or text him and then goes RADIO SILENT. ONLY way to get him is to call his manager for updates. Vehicle was left there for almost 1 month and no call, no text, no communication unless we harassed him to ask about our vehicle status. Almost like we were bothering him for what he gets paid to do. COMMUNICATE! So after almost 1 month, and after we harassed him about getting a loaner vehicle, for which NONE was offered ever, the vehicle seemed to be almost ready. Then the call came to pickup the vehicle and guess what... guess... We pick up the vehicle and it's not completely done. It's still leaking oil ALL OVER THE PLACE. They then try to state that it is left over residue and that they need to power wash it. Shouldn't they have done that before we arrived? Either way, this was and has been the worst experience that I've ever encountered. Hopefully it's over, but we are not sure, because we really don't know if the vehicle was truly fixed correctly. Maybe GMC will provide a brand new vehicle if the engine blows up. How about that GMC? You ready to give us a brand new vehicle? More
Just want to let you know I’m not happy about the service process. I made an appointment for Monday 10am only to be told when I arrived that it’s a three hour wait. So I had to reschedule for the next day because I could not wait that long and it was still an appointment issue because again it took almost three hours to have an oil change done to my vehicle. I’ll most likely be looking into other options in the future to have my vehicle serviced. More
