Horrible dealership . They had my vehicle for over a month for engine repairs and did not even fix it with the excuse that they only have one mechanic that works on engines and they don't have time to f month for engine repairs and did not even fix it with the excuse that they only have one mechanic that works on engines and they don't have time to fix it . Terrible customer service. Didn't feel valued at all. Over a 7 hour wait and the rep came in to the waiting room once ... to tell me the $49.95 estimate was now $1500. I made an appointment for routine Over a 7 hour wait and the rep came in to the waiting room once ... to tell me the $49.95 estimate was now $1500. I made an appointment for routine maintenance and check on detailing. I had a low tire pressure alert on 1 tire, and 7 hours later I was paying for several pages of issues. The tech didn't go into detail on tires (what are my driving requirements, warranty, choices), the absolute need for any of the repairs, nor give a good estimate on time of completion. I drove in at 7.15am, waited 3 hours for any type of estimate, at 10.15am said within 2 hours work would be completed ... and I didn't get a final bill until 2.16pm. I drove away at 2.30pm. In this era of being valued as a customer, I certainly did not feel that way. I honestly felt like I was the customer with a potentially low service bill who "needed" to have a larger bill before leaving. I've never had that feeling before at Lorenzo GMC. Very disappointed. More
