Had an 1100AM appointment for Oil change only. Was waiting over 2 hours for work to be started. Was approximately 4 hours to have oil change completed, with a service appointment inplace. Shuttle ride waiting over 2 hours for work to be started. Was approximately 4 hours to have oil change completed, with a service appointment inplace. Shuttle ride took too long to pick us up, ended up using Uber to get back to dealership. Dealership did treat the vehicle with respect and provided complimentary car wash. More

I went in for my oil change which was expedited and even got a lovely car wash. Waiting area is so relaxing I fell asleep after having a great complimentary vanilla coffee.
