I love the location and service department as well as my specific salesman who is very helpful and welcoming and he has a customer for life. The dealership has a problem answering phones and communicating. specific salesman who is very helpful and welcoming and he has a customer for life. The office girls are not very friendly when i call for service i literally cant get ahold of a person, it bounces you back to the main message constantly, no matter what department i ask for, the monst frustrating! I would say if they get a better phone system or some customer service training it would be a five star dealership like it was 7 years ago when I started going there. More

My appointment was @ 8am. I waited 30 minutes for my advisor. He told me 2hrs and 30 minutes should be all that’s needed for a oil change. My car wasn’t pulled for service unt I waited 30 minutes for my advisor. He told me 2hrs and 30 minutes should be all that’s needed for a oil change. My car wasn’t pulled for service until 11:00am. They cleared codes even though there wasn’t any service done. I didn’t see a purpose of waiting any longer to get the oil changed after waiting almost 3 hours already. They double book appointments and don’t care who’s inconvenienced. More
