They always do a good job, but to wait 6 hours for a oil change is to much. Also, one of the employees was very rude one customer asked how much long will take and he said to him if cant wait take your car change is to much. Well very hard to get on the phone. Even harder to speak to someone in person. The job got done and i was very satisfied. One of the fastest if not easiest deals I have done. I have done a couple of deals with Carvana. And my experience was not as receptive as going to the dealership. But I feel that being at the dealership have done a couple of deals with Carvana. And my experience was not as receptive as going to the dealership.
