Had to say this is the most unprofessional dealership I ever dealt with and I can say I dealt with over 15 different dealerships. I was approached by one of their sales rep that they had received the truck ever dealt with and I can say I dealt with over 15 different dealerships. I was approached by one of their sales rep that they had received the truck I was looking for and were willing to make a deal because I already had one with another dealership. Long story short, the manager himself will lie and pick and choose whom he wants to sell the car to. I spoken to the sales rep this morning and the truck was still present and the moment I asked for the deal cost and was on my way to pick up the car is when I received a call that the truck was sold yesterday. Not sure what games they are playing but no customer should go through what I experienced. More

Service dept doesnt answer or return calls. Had to ask sales to get me an appt twice. When car was there they drove it 2 miles so problem not detected. Tech added 6 lbs of unneeded air in nitro filled tir sales to get me an appt twice. When car was there they drove it 2 miles so problem not detected.
