Terry the mechanic who my appointment was with is extremely nice. He spoke in a respectful manner to me which I like. The issue I had a 10:30 am appointment and I was there for 3 hours. When I was given a choice between 9:30 and 10:30 am, I chose 10:30 am. The point is if I’m given a certain time option my car should be able to be serviced at around the time of my appointment.
