Terry the mechanic who my appointment was with is extremely nice. He spoke in a respectful manner to me which I like. The issue I had a 10:30 am appointment and I was there for 3 hours. I saw on Cars.com a 2019 Toyota Rav4 on cars.com for $21,880 and I was buying it for my Sister In Law and it's what she wanted so we were going to buy it and ship it to MO for her. I spent 2 days worki $21,880 and I was buying it for my Sister In Law and it's what she wanted so we were going to buy it and ship it to MO for her. I spent 2 days working on details with Alex and told him I was just going to wire the money down, he then tells me every car has an $895 processing fee...which is about 3x the price of any dealership, I ask him to check into it and he says they can't do anything about it, I said fine get me the exact total and I will send the money. Should be $22775! He comes back with $32,129.93, over $9000 higher, I respond he must of made a mistake a d he tells me the price changes based on the fact that I didn't finance and also trade a car in. I went through the entire Cars.com listing and nowhere does the price state this and it's very very shady and deceptive. Screenshots attached More
The service was slow and there was a lack of communication. I made an appointment and arranged to be dropped of near by. The driver was massless and texting while driving. When I got the call and asked for an escort, they told me “oh we stop shuttle service at 5.” How was I suppose to know? How was I suppose to get back if they dropped me off in the first place?? I had to arrange a ride back. Once there, I got attitude from the cashier because “the service center closed at 6” and I arrived at 6:15. No one informed me if the closing time. I went for a replacement switch. Craig Servo was the advisor. Had an appointment for 8:15 am. Waited 2 hours he did not follow up with me to let me know how long it would take and what the problem was. advisor. Had an appointment for 8:15 am. He told me that they did not have a part. But no one told me anything. Craig always told me when he gets a chance he will check.
