On May 23rd I purchased car, traded in my other car.On On May 23rd I purchased car, traded in my other car. On Purchase Agreement Golbert signed trade in check $17,000 will be delivered to me by May 25th, On May 23rd I purchased car, traded in my other car. On Purchase Agreement Golbert signed trade in check $17,000 will be delivered to me by May 25th, 2021. On may 25th he called me saying check can not be issued till financing is funded and offered me 2 options: 1. Wait till financing is funded 2. Come to dealership return car I bought and pick up trade in car I was patient and said dont mind waiting till financing is funded. Financing was funded next day Wednesday May 26th. Check was not issued that day. Neither Thursday May 27th Neither Friday May 28th. We are now week later from Friday May 28th - Friday June 4th, check is still not issued. Yesterday Thursday June 3rd Gilbert knew I’m coming to either get check or my trade in car and cancel entire transaction. He made me drive from 45min away - didnt have check neither wanted release my car to me. His co worker told me I can seat by the mail box and wait. I filed complaint with Nissan CEO Mr. Uchida, As well as Mr. Kimura, Mr. Toyoda and other board members. Monday I have appointment with car fraud Attorney.
