My not-very-old battery died on my 2016 Nissan. I communicated with my amazing service adviser Craig Servo, and he advised me on how to get my car down to the dealership. I arrived at 5:30 pm. Anyway, my existing battery did indeed test out as being defective, and the mechanic replaced it with a new battery at no charge, and I was done by 6:00 pm. This was fantastic service at Lorenzo Nissan! More

Terrible finance charged over $9,000 from base price. They hide the paperwork from me after attempts to request copies of all the financial documents.
