I needed to have the key fob for my 2016 Nissan Murano replaced because the little cover over the lock button came off, and apparently the button cover can't be replaced -- the whole fob has to be replace replaced because the little cover over the lock button came off, and apparently the button cover can't be replaced -- the whole fob has to be replaced and programmed to the car. It seems like an awful lot of work for such a small item. But my service advisor Crag Servo was great as always! He took care of everything and kept me updated on the progress while I waited in the waiting room. All is fine now. More

I went in for a test drive yesterday for a 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport, car ended up breaking down on us, seems it was a battery issue, I felt like leaving after trying to resolve issue myself and then waitin Rogue Sport, car ended up breaking down on us, seems it was a battery issue, I felt like leaving after trying to resolve issue myself and then waiting 20 mins for help to arrive. Help came, and Andres my salesman and Scott turned my frown upside down. I ended up trading in my car, for a fair price and driving out with my gently used and aesthetically pleasing Nissan Rogue SL. After endlessly researching obtaining a new vehicle for the last 2 weeks, 4 test drives and 3 dealerships later, third time was a charm! I came in to the dealer with no intention of getting a deal, but was happy 😊 with how things turned out. More

Found a 2016 Honda Accord online, called the d Lorenzo Nissan This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve bought many vehicles. Found a 2016 Honda Accord online, called the dealership to confirm the vehicle was still available and it was, negotiated the out the door price. The salesman requested that I pay in either cashiers check or cash. I told the salesman that I would get a cashiers check from Navy Federal Credit Union and come down the next day which would be that Thursday. Rented a car and drove from Jacksonville to Miami. When I arrived that evening I gave the cashiers check made out to “Lorenzo’s Nissan of Fort Lauderdale” along with the tag that needed to switch to the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle and sat in the dealers office for about 15 minutes, he came back and told me that they could not take the check because it looked FAKE according to the general manager Scott Jesus. I call NFCU and the told me that all the dealership has to do is call the credit union and give the serial number at the bottom of the check. After listening to what the credit recommended Scott still refused to verify the check, instead he and the finance department recommended that I finance the vehicle and get the cash from NFCU and pay it off. The bank offered to send a wire and they refused because it would take 24 to 48 hours to receive fund. Anyone that knows finance know that you can not reverse a bank wire. They insisted that I get $16,000 from the bank the next day if I wanted the car. The deal was so good and I had driven so far that I got a hotel that night returned the check and got cash. I swiped my debit card for $5,000 for them to hold the car. I have never been so humiliated and a Disable Veteran in my life. To make such sacrifices to defend and protect this great nation and get treated like a criminal in my own country is very hurtful. Scott Jesus and his staff offered no apologies for the way they treated me. I don’t know if I was profiled or not however, it seems that way. Scott was VERY ARROGANT and COCKY!Please be careful. More
