Incompetent, uninformed service department!! Was quoted 18000,00 to replace what was fixed for 1200.00. Rip off artists!! They do not know how to repair anything only replace cause that comes with instruct 18000,00 to replace what was fixed for 1200.00. Rip off artists!! No other options. Brought it to a reputable Nissan dealer in coral springs and 1200.00 later I have my car back and its working. LORENZO NISSAN OF FT. LAUDERDALE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THAT DONT KNOW BETTER. I DID!! Thank goodness. Run from this place!! Wish I could attach my invoice for more proof!! More

Service and care you can trust In 2017, I paid off my 2012 Nissan Versa and gave it to my Mom so she would not have car payments. At one Nissan (not going to call the location out) I picked up the car with a cracked windshield (which happened while in their possession) and the service advisor brushed me off and held zero accountability. Needless to say, I never went back. A year later, the car started shaking and needed work done. I was in a panic and worrying about the cost. I knew I had to find a new Nissan and Lorenzo is right by my home. I frantically called and the nanosecond I heard Craig Servo’s voice, I knew I could trust him. Since then, he has been my service advisor and their expert technicians, Sammy and Jose, always do what needs to be done to keep my Mom’s 2012 Versa with 109k miles running like a zippy, new car. Further, I bought a 2018 Versa which I currently drive and will only bring it to Lorenzo. They actually care about their customers and treat them like family. I cannot say enough good things about them. The French vanilla coffee in their waiting room is good, too! Craig Servo puts the Servo in Service! More

This was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience I have ever had. 100% professional. We reached a fair price on a new 370Z without drama and the whole process was smooth. The whole process, including financing, took maybe 90 minutes - perhaps less as I wasn't paying too much attention to time. I apologize as I do not remember sales consultant - but he was outstanding. If every Nissan dealership worked this way - Nissan would be the biggest car brand in the country - no joke. More
