Awesome service every time I only recently visited Lorenzo Nissan as I had gone to another dealership that was closer to me previously but wasnt happy with their service dept.Si I only recently visited Lorenzo Nissan as I had gone to another dealership that was closer to me previously but wasnt happy with their service dept.Since Ive been coming to your dealership Ive dealt with Terry Kelly and Craig Servo and am very happy with the way I was treated.Both Service Advisors were attentive to my needs and went the extra mile to make sure my car was fixed correctly and in a timely fashion AND I got my car washed,a service my other dealership didnt provide.Excellent experience all around. This dealership is a joke. Bad service and employee with bad attitudes, I bought 2 cars from them when it was Lorenzo now its pure garbage. I went there like a month ago telling Terry to help me with the wa bad attitudes, I bought 2 cars from them when it was Lorenzo now its pure garbage. I went there like a month ago telling Terry to help me with the warranty which I bought and extended one and he said that I didn't have the warranty , and I went today 2/10/20 and I dnt know his name Terrel, Jernell whatever he was so rude because I asked him "how come you wanna charge me $99.97 to change my oil/filter when Ive been coming here for 1 year and I used to pay $61, he got kinda mad and went to his manager which is another rude guy and treated him bad, and told him "you are supposed to explain to him and dont have to be coming here, fast forward "I told the guy why you charging me that much I even bought the car here (Fors) and he said I know , Im like how do you know? He got mad and told me because you have the service sticker on the front glass, and I was like it doesnt matter because I can take my car whenever I want and they gonna put that sticker in there once they are done, he wanted me to sign something while I was calling another dealership and they were charging $49, so I told him hold on to that sign, and I left. So people be careful with those guys, they wanna overcharge you not matter what. Bought 2 cars, and you know where I won't be going to buy more cars, thats right More

This isue will be fix in the future Unfortunally now with the cars we just can not change the selenoid because i suposte to change the all piece. But it was a good and nice experience with the custumer service. I m still wondering if i just can fix the shif lock just with the zelenoid part. More
