My salesperson Jose Rameriz was more than accommodating and on the ball. I had very specific options that I wanted and could not live without, Jose located that exact choice but was 400 miles away and before we could get it, it had been traded out to another dealer already, Jose didn't give up and found yet another out of area dealer with my exact choice and had it delivered by the next day!! The GM Chris, the Location Managers & Financing were extremely professional, knowledgeable & thorough in explaining details as well as being very warm & polite. I have had a Lexus for the past 5 years (will never go back there again, feel like I was scammed by rolling me over and over till upside down), Mercedes for many years prior to that (always had car problems) and had a Nissan 280ZX in the 80's and a Maxima in the early 90's (never had any car problems) I am very proud to now be a Nissan owner again....absolutely love my new Murano and the Fort Lauderdale Nissan Team...Special thanks and kudos to Jose!!!
