Not Honored Internet price and Add Extra Warranty Stay away! Overpriced! Car was $1300.00 over and on top of that they add extra warranty without asking. GM not honored the price and walked away. Finance Manager can't explain the charges when I confront them. I asked for my paperwork and all Managers ask me to comeback in 3 weeks, I call Nissan and my papers appeared next day. Fiance Manager refuse to cancel my extra insurance. Also FM admit that he is not explain the discounts... Overall Bad experience. No effort to solve my issue! More

Exemplary Customer Service from start to finish. I first spoke to Tommy Sardinias regarding a specific Altima Special Edition. When Mr. Sardinias confirmed that they had one specific vehicle that i I first spoke to Tommy Sardinias regarding a specific Altima Special Edition. When Mr. Sardinias confirmed that they had one specific vehicle that i was requesting; i informed him that i was on my way to the dealership. Upon arrival; i was greeted very cordially by Mr. Sardinias & my Salesman: Jose Ramirez. Initially i had called Mr. Sardinias because we have a long time mutual friend ( Rudy Cueto) who has purchased several vehicles from Mr. Sardinias in the past. They immediately showed me the vehicle & we started talking purchase scenarios. The complete transaction took only approximately a little over 4 hours. Time was important to me as i had my four year old son in tow. Completion probably would have been a little sooner, but i had to wait for the customers in front of me to complete their deal. Overall I could not be happier with the complete purchase experience. Kudos to all involved at the dealership; pertaining to my purchase of a new 2015 Nissan Altima Special Edition, ( The exact Special Edition Model that i was looking for. ) Total Experience was very satisfying & pleasant.
