My visit at Lorenzo Nissan was the best and easiest car appointment I’ve ever had. Mike Hernandez was the only bright light in a 4 month warrantee repair ordeal. My Preowned Nissan 2019 developed an electric window failure back in April. I took the vehicle back to a Nissan Dealer, Lor warrantee repair ordeal. My Preowned Nissan 2019 developed an electric window failure back in April. I took the vehicle back to a Nissan Dealer, Lorenzo in this case. The initiating Service advisor was actually annoyed that I had been sent in on a Saturday am to get this sservice issue addressed 4/5/22. After a 5 hr waste of my day off, I was informed that the motor in the door and another mechanism had failed and would be replaced under the vehicle s bumper to bumper warrantee. The parts , however , might take upto 2 months to come in. And so my journey began....I called in June. July (one of 2 in, told I d need to leave the car 3 days for repair...) Finally I called back and got Mike Hernandez - the only helpful person I dealt with. Yes the parts had come in (and no one texted or called) . Mike said to call and he d set up repair (same day, no renting a car or huge delays ) and that is what took place 8/9/22 - over 4 months from when I started . Unfortunately, Mike confided that he may be gone as of the 10th, a true loss to the service department if that is indeed the case. BTW I am a loyal Nissan customer since 1999....2000 Xterra, 2006 Xterra, 2013 Murano and 2019 Pathfinder....after dealing with several local service centers for Nissan here in FTL ....let s just say my allegiance to Nissan is waning.....John Lombardi More
