Everyone working was Super Nice BUT i waited 4 hours in the lobby for an oil change and tire rotation. I made a 7:15am appointment arrived at 6:50am and waited outside till the doors opened and once i chec the lobby for an oil change and tire rotation. I made a 7:15am appointment arrived at 6:50am and waited outside till the doors opened and once i checked in i waited inside cause it should have been a quick service but didnt end up leaving till 11:30am. I was kind and patient the whole time but that was a really long unnecessary wait time for an oil change. More
