When I drove in and parked in the service center, it took about 15 minutes for someone to actually come and see if I needed help, and the reason for my visit. There was only 1 car before me. Someone was helping that person, and the other advisors there didn’t come to me when I was there waiting. I got there a little before 5, maybe around 4:45, I think. I am not 100% sure, but it was later in the day. The original advisor that helped me told me everything that I requested couldn’t be done because they were closing at 7. That was fine with me. However while waiting, I noticed that everything was closing up and I was wondering if anyone realized I was still in the waiting area all by myself. I was looking for the advisor that assisted and I didn’t see him, so I started walking around looking for help, and then I saw another advisor walking in an office. I asked that advisor where my advisor was… he told me that person was gone for the day… but he had my key and my vehicle was ready. It would’ve been nice if he alerted me that he was gone and someone else was taking over. Anyway, I gave 4 stars because I always get through in a not too bad timely manner… and the final advisor that helped me was much friendlier than the first. More

Showed up for scheduled appt (program new fob) to find out that somehow I didn't have an appt. Service manager got me in despite their error. My vehicle sat the entire day until 2 hrs prior to close they out that somehow I didn't have an appt. Service manager got me in despite their error. My vehicle sat the entire day until 2 hrs prior to close they tried the part and it was defective. I was then notified that the Parr would have to be ordered and would arrive next morning. After having my vehicle for 11 hours for a fob replacement/programming they now had it overnight. The next morning they had the new fob and had it programmed just under 2 hours from opening. More
