Transmission service needed on 2015 Rogue which has a history of transmission problems. The first man who helped me was very polite , but I was required to pay not only for a rebuilt transmission but 7 d history of transmission problems. The day after I picked up the car I had to return it due to not being able to shift into any gear but low gear. Apparently a bolt was stripped and the shifting cable was not holding. “Craig“ had helped me in the past & he was able to get the cable repaired and car back to me in 30 minutes, which I appreciated. However, this was clearly sloppy mechanic work, an inconvenience having to return to the dealership and the cost of a rental that should have been covered when there is a known transmission problem on that model. Although I have purchased only Nissans for myself and sons over the past 30 years. I am very upset. I’m not sure I’ll buy another Nissan. More
The service person was supposed to call me first thing in the morning. I called at 10 left a message no return call went to the dealership. The fellow told me they would call and I told him I would be there at four. He called at 330 and told me car was ready. I was told my rental car would be 39 per day for one day I paid 214.00. More
