My appointment was 9:30 AM and I got there at 9:00 AM. My service representative was Rudy Hernandez. He advised us that it would probably take about three hours, so we said fine. After an hour my husband talked to him and he said the shuttle hadn’t returned but it had because we saw the driver not realizing that she was the driver. After another hour we asked about how long and he said probably another couple of hours, so we decided to stay. After four hours the car was finally finished. Also someone working on the car left a bottle of water in the car that was opened and I know that it wasn’t ours because it was still cold and not the brand that we had. COVID is still a real threat. I don’t plan on coming back unless I get a free rental car and a free service. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. More
