I've been a loyal customer of Lost Pines Toyota for several years, and I’ve always appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent customer service that set this dealership apart. However, I’ve noticed several years, and I’ve always appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent customer service that set this dealership apart. However, I’ve noticed a shift over the past year, and unfortunately, it hasn’t been for the better. The warm, welcoming atmosphere that once made this dealership stand out just isn’t there anymore. Service feels rushed, less personal, and overall less attentive than it used to be. It’s hard not to wonder: has there been a change in leadership or management? Because the shift in culture and service is noticeable. It’s disappointing to see a place I once recommended so highly start to feel like just another dealership. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively. Lost Pines Toyota has built a strong reputation in the community, and I’d love to see it return to the level of hospitality and service that earned my trust in the first place. More
Beware of overcharging! I have recently taken my vehicle in twice for maintenance and was overcharged both times. This most recent time they tried to charge nearly $500 for I have recently taken my vehicle in twice for maintenance and was overcharged both times. This most recent time they tried to charge nearly $500 for rear differential fluid exchange. The quote they provided me with vs the bill they presented me with was $400 different. They first tried to tell me that they were not overcharging and that was just the price. Then after I was persistent they called someone and told me it was the wrong price but did not apologize. Nobody is buying vehicles right now so they are trying to make up for it with their service department. I will never return to this location as this is not the first time this has happened to me. I also dropped my car off with a 10am appt on Saturday and was told it would be ready by 2pm that same day. At 3:45 (15 min before closing) they called saying it wouldn’t be ready until Monday as they were unable to get to it that day. The services that I dropped it off for should not have taken more than 2 hours to complete. This is not good service. Save yourself time, frustration, and some money. Go elsewhere. More

The "appointment only" service department is not a customer friendly policy. However, upon my arrival with a bad Toyota battery, without an appointment, the on duty service representative recognized t customer friendly policy. However, upon my arrival with a bad Toyota battery, without an appointment, the on duty service representative recognized the urgency and quickly responded to my needs. She was a super knowledgeable professional. However, there was an unusual amount of time spent by the technician to simply replace a battery. Again, I understand the demands of a population growth on businesses but the "appointment policy will never be a customer friendly policy and will lose Lost Pines Toyota some business that they otherwise would have gotten by accepting drive in's. Unfortunately if the Dealership allows there Service Department to drive away customers with their POOR customer service, I can't continue to recommend them. I currently lease a 2023 Tacoma, the 5th Department to drive away customers with their POOR customer service, I can't continue to recommend them. I currently lease a 2023 Tacoma, the 5th one I've leased from them. I scheduled an appointment with Tia on August 19th for service on August 28th at 9 am. Upon arrival today was told I didn't have an appointment. I called my sales person and he helped clear this up. The truck was in for a gauge cluster replacement, regular maintenance and to have a rim repaired that one of Lost Pines Techs damaged 2 visits ago. The truck was taking in but sat for 7 HOURS without ANYTHING being done to it. So I have waisted 2 hours of drive time and 7 HOURS of my personal time only to have Lost Pines do NOTHING to my Tacoma. I have called the GM about this and will be waiting to see if ANYTHING at all is done to correct this terrible Service Department. More
