On 26 April 2025, Saturday morning at 8 AM, my wife arrived in her 2022 Toyota RAV4 LS, at her scheduled appointment time at Lost Pines Toyota (Service Dept.) here in Bastrop, TX. Her windshield washer arrived in her 2022 Toyota RAV4 LS, at her scheduled appointment time at Lost Pines Toyota (Service Dept.) here in Bastrop, TX. Her windshield washer was leaking washer fluid. At 10:19 AM, she was advised that her car was ready, and paid her bill of $1106.42. OMG! The service manager explained the details of what was performed, that the two hoses from the washer fluid reservoir were replaced. So, in total, two hours and 19 minutes cost her $1106.42, which equates to approximately $500 per hour. What’s wrong with this picture? Huh? More

My advisor was not only a bit rude but towards the end he just handed me the key and told me to go that he would “figure” out the paper work afterwards. I went to my car and it still had the flag that they put on the window…. I asked a guy walking by what I could with it and he just said he would take it and apologized for the other guy. From the start my advisor looked as if he didn’t want to be there.. More

Also a part of this good service was Brian Murry - Service Advisor. To top it off, the gentleman who sold me the truck, Beau Pantania, saw me drive up and came made a point to come outside to say hello. All of these three gentlemen made me feel welcome. Thank you!!
