I ordered a VW ID4 online and then contacted Bachrodt to arrange for delivery. Lionel was great to work with! The car was delivered about a month earlier than I expected. And because of a three-week bout wi arrange for delivery. Lionel was great to work with! The car was delivered about a month earlier than I expected. And because of a three-week bout with Covid, I couldn't come in and get it. Lionel kept our line of communication open and I was finally allowed out into the world and got my car. He was very informative and patient about the features of my new car. There is a lot to get used to in a fully electric car! More
