This was my first time buying a car from another state. I didn’t know what to expect! My sales person Jennifer Morelock got me into a beautiful car. She really went the extra mile for us. Driving an hour a I didn’t know what to expect! My sales person Jennifer Morelock got me into a beautiful car. She really went the extra mile for us. Driving an hour and a half one way to get greeted with kindness was well worth it. From sales to finance I rate this experience as the best EVER! I had a car hauler from uhaul to bring the car back to Wisconsin. It was my first time hauling a car. Jennifer noticed I was having trouble so she had a guy from service help me. Hopefully I won’t have to buy another car for awhile. I will definitely recommend Jennifer and Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall to everyone!! Thank you Jennifer and staff. I love my new car! More

My experience was exceptional at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall. My VIP salesman, Sam Ferrille could not have been more professional as well as attentive to make sure i found the correct vehicle to meet my needs. He gave me options to choose from and even took me to an additional lot to view and drive one of my choices. When I made my selection he was kind enough to show me the inner workings of my Equinox and transferring of items from my old vehicle.
