After several weeks we learned key had never been ordered. We were also told dealership would take care of a scratch....didnt happen, several weeks later we were told paint not in stock....could've been ordered but they didn't order any...we had to pay for it. Our family member bought a new car to later learn new car had hail damage... and are fighting with bachrodts to do the right thing. More
