Wonderful Experience I went into Lou Bachrodt knowing what I wanted in a car and the price. Dale Kluck helped me buy my new Cruze. I was very nervous to walk into a dealer I went into Lou Bachrodt knowing what I wanted in a car and the price. Dale Kluck helped me buy my new Cruze. I was very nervous to walk into a dealership because I have less than par credit. Dale made me feel at ease. Everyone at Lou Bachrodt went above and beyond to help us drive a way in my dream car. Best sales people My husband and I went into dealership to just test drive four vehicles. We were greeted by Clinton. Very nice man. We then ran into Tom Wessels whom My husband and I went into dealership to just test drive four vehicles. We were greeted by Clinton. Very nice man. We then ran into Tom Wessels whom I used to work for. He said Clinton would be great to help us and he was. Clinton did everything, we asked of him, and more . He went over each and every car and showed what options it had and what it could do for us. We finally realized that we may be looking at too much vehicle for payments, when he suggested a Buick Verano. It had the color and all the equipment we wanted and he worked to get us where we needed to be on payments. Great car and we are so happy. Clinton is a wonderful sales person, but an even better man. Thank you Clinton Phalin and Lou Bachrohdt! More

Rude! I spoke with Nick only over the phone and he was so very rude! He brushed me off of the phone when I called, and was so disinterested in my issue that I spoke with Nick only over the phone and he was so very rude!
