Called service and Brian answered the phone to schedule an oil change. Backed him the price and to see if any openings he stated no but there is the next day (which didn't work as I am flying out later tod an oil change. Backed him the price and to see if any openings he stated no but there is the next day (which didn't work as I am flying out later today on a business trip) asked me if that worked I said no it does not and he said something like "why call us then" and hangs up on me without giving me a chance to schedule this week but never gave me the chance to schedule because I was hung up on. Is Bachrodt the place to go for service of your vehicle if they treat people like this? More
