My experience was exceptional at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall. My VIP salesman, Sam Ferrille could not have been more professional as well as attentive to make sure i found the correct vehicle to meet my needs. He gave me options to choose from and even took me to an additional lot to view and drive one of my choices. When I made my selection he was kind enough to show me the inner workings of my Equinox and transferring of items from my old vehicle.
