I came to get an oil change on my Sarurday off they had me sitting there for 2 hours. Then I had to go and the guy how much longer he said we are short staffed and they forgot about your car your car is in me sitting there for 2 hours. Then I had to go and the guy how much longer he said we are short staffed and they forgot about your car your car is in the shop now and it took every bit of 10 mins they called me and my car was done. I talked to supervisor Jim to which he apologized and asked what can he do to keep me coming back for service for my car. I told him that I was just reporting what happened. He offered me. Free detail but I’ve left 3 or 4 messages he won’t return my call or honor what he promised. More

On my first trip to Lou Bachrodt, I met Adam, who patiently explained all the features of the Envision Avenir. I was at the very beginning of my new vehicle search, and was just there to learn what patiently explained all the features of the Envision Avenir. I was at the very beginning of my new vehicle search, and was just there to learn what Buick/GMC offered. On my second trip, Adam took me out for a test drive, and I knew then that the Envision Avenir was the new vehicle for me. I took my time and looked at other makes and models, but ultimately chose the Envision.
