Great service Previously I didnt have the greatest experience at this location but after working with Gabriel I can say I will be back for future purchases. Gabriel took time and was actually really knowledgable about the vehicles that I was interested in. You could tell he has a passion for vw / audi vehicles. I could ask him a question about comparing the models and each package available and without hesitation he could explain to me in great detail the differences which is nice. Too many times I've been to dealers and there is just a guy or gal who really knows nothing about the product they are selling. I would mainly end up doing my own research and even so Gabriel was able to even inform me of things I didnt know about so I really appreciate that. I really hope someone up in leadership sees this review and understands what a great asset Gabriel is to their business. It was such good service that, to be completely honest, I was only coming here to get a view of a few models before traveling to another dealership to purchase as I usually have better experiences else where but instantly I felt at ease working with Gabriel and bought my vehicle here at Bachrodt. Gabriel even came in on his day off to help with finalizing the sale after my wife and I made our mind up on the trim level we wanted to get. Above that the pricing was great the financing office made it a quick and painless process which I also appreciate. This experience has made me forget of any previously less than great experiences I've had and has honestly made this my first stop and the first place I recommend to family and friends. More

Internet bait car I can't believe they're still using this tactic but they put a car on the internet that they don't have in their lot at a fair price to bring you into I can't believe they're still using this tactic but they put a car on the internet that they don't have in their lot at a fair price to bring you into the dealership. I was contacted by Allison was trying to get me in to view the Colorado I was interested in. I called and said I was on my way to the dealership and she said see you at about 5:15. We had several correspondence via email and never once did she mention that the car was not on the lot. Upon arrival I was told that Allison went home but someone else would help me. After 10 minutes of waiting someone named kama came out and told me she was bringing the vehicle up front for me to test drive a blue Colorado four-wheel drive. After 20 minutes of waiting and watching the young lady walk back and forth and go to sales huddle meetings in the sales closet I realized no one was going to help me. I left the store got into my car got gas went and got food and then received a phone call wondering where I was. I was told at that time that the vehicle was not available but they had other options for me the old bait-and-switch. Very sad for you Lou that you would allow your dealership to run and such a sketchy practices. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone More
