After a quick drive down Perryville road, she suggested we drive it a while longer so we could test the ride on different streets. Wow , not rushing us back to the dealership was impressive. Next came the pricing, great price and she even found us an extra 500.00 rebate . Then we went to the finance department where we met Tom Cholly . He made sure we understood the factory warranty, the Q certified 10 year/ 100,000 warranty that only Lou Bachrodt gives their customers . After this he explained all of the products that the dealership offers, in three minutes . My wife asked a few questions and then we made our decision on what services we wanted, a good maintaince plan, a service contract specifically designed to our driving habits, and even covered our tires and chrome wheels . No pressure, just a complete explaination of what' was available . He even showed us how to save money on our loan . I've bought 5 new cars in my life and have never found so many nice people. My wife was impressed by how each person we encountered spoke to both of us at the same time . My next car purchase will definitely be from Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall . Thanks a lot ! Tony and Mary C. Great Service Experience I had a great experience from the time I called the dealership to when I was leaving with my car. I am not from the city, but was working in town. I I had a great experience from the time I called the dealership to when I was leaving with my car. I am not from the city, but was working in town. I took my car in and my service associate was fantastic. His name was Nick. In many dealerships they are more focused on telling me about the service diagnostic fee as if they think I am going to get my diagnosis and leave. Through the entire process Nick was very friendly and explained what they would do. He professionally explained that they would have a fee if it was not warranty and I chose not to fix the car with them, but he did it in a way that made me feel they were trying to do everything to help me. This was on a Friday. they found 1 part that needed to be replaced, but didn't have the other one available. I had to come back and finish the repair. They gave me shuttle service promptly to my work site and in all phases treated me with the utmost sense of urgency and courtesy. I have been to many dealerships and this was my best experience in the last 20 years.. Thank you More

He helped us to pick up the vehicle by giving us a ride to the dealership. We ended up buying a 2015 Hyundai Accent Hatchback. It was the newest vehicle that we have ever owned and it was perfect on mileage! Having the vehicle for almost 3 Months it has done good, ran good, and is awesome on gas mileage! More
