In that regard, Lou Bachrodt were great to work with. They respected our request to finalize everything via email, did not call us at all despite having our phone number, and were extremely prompt in furnishing us the information we requested. They were also extremely courteous and professional and treated us with the utmost respect. We highly recommend them and would especially like to thank Brandon Campbell, our sales adviser, and Steve Hefty, the import manager, for making the entire process extremely pleasant and seamless from start to finish. Once I take care of those issues, I will definitely come back. My salesman, Ralph was great. I got the feeling that he was really looking out for my best interest by not trying to sell me things that I didn't need. He listened to me and showed me a car that had exactly what I wanted without all the extras that I didn't need. George, the manager gave me all the discounts that he could find to make the perfect deal. Unfortunately, I have too many uncertainties going on to buy right now. I'll be back. More

We were told we would get the incentive from the salesman, Sam Ferille, when Sam went to speak to whomever about what we were offered from Sam as far as the deal, we were ready to leave when Mike Fisher came to talk to us and he presented himself better than Sam, we were satisfied with what Mike offered than Sam, BUT the offer still included the 1500.00 incentive, so we made the deal. Before we left the dealership Sam Ferille told us secretly that he was told we were not getting the 1500.00 incentive, but Sam told the bosses that they have to give it to us because the incentive had already been put in the deal. Sam asked us not to say anything about this as he would get in trouble. When we got home we noticed the 1500.00 incentive was not on the paperwork, I inquired with the dealership and was told that we did not qualify. If the dealership was honest in the beginning we would have had better respect, One second we have incentive, next second we don't, led to believe we got incentive from Sam's mouth. Lou Bachrodt Dealership, all employee's are liars, not trustworthy on their words How else do you expect us to feel. As for the mats I requested, let's get that story straight also.I asked for Weathertech mats,I was told I would be getting those, right now weathertech does not make for our vehicle, they will be on the market in 10 to 12 weeks, I called weathertech myself. Sam called me and said G M makes a mat very similar to the weathertech, I said fine. BUT when my husband went to pick them up, the mats are the same as in the regular stores. We did not accept them. We are still owed by your dealership weathertech mats. We have a WE OWE YOU PAPER on this matter. So NO We have not changed a thing on this deal, YOU did. Stop trying to make yourselves look good, you are not. By the way I have called the dealership to talk to Pat Bachrodt, He nor anyone else have not called me back. So I guess we have to put this in writing for everyone to see. NOT good business. More
