Hello, Thank you for your business and impute. We are sorry your service took longer than usual! GM does require us to preform safety as well as recall inspections, on every GM that is checked into the service bay. Sometime this does make the process longer! Also, no excuse why the adviser did not update you!!! We will work on that!
