The first brand new car I ever purchased was at Maroone of Pembroke Pines. It was a 1992 Black Camaro RS. So far, I have purchase 6 cars at this exact location. Which for a while now has changed its name to AutoNation. The reason I keep coming back to this location is for the exceptional customer service I have always received here. Not only am I treated with respect, but your sales and finance teams are caring and excellent. I was looking all over town for this vehicle. When I found it, I did not buy it because I did not connect with that dealer ship. Your staff was able to get the car delivered to your location. Your employees here make you feel welcomed, and make you feel like you have known them for years. Their experience in sales and financing makes them exceptional assets to your corporation. Also, the team that washed the car and filled it with gasoline are excellent. I would not have made a purchase if it were not for the following employees. Andres is just not a helpful representative. He would rather argue than sell a car. Does not answer questions about the vehicle. This guy writes endless emails about wanting to talk on the phone but does not answer a question. You know the type...if I tell you the answer up front you may not come down to be talked into a different vehicle. I have bought 10 cars from the dealership and have my vehicles serviced and they have great people. This guy just lost a sale on teh last day of the month for them
