I viewed the website and found what seemed to be a great deal on a truck. I drove almost 2 hrs to the dealership. Saleswoman approached me and I identified the truck and she got the keys and let me test dri deal on a truck. I drove almost 2 hrs to the dealership. I like the truck, but pointed out that it had not been detailed at all prior to being out on the lot. It was obvious they didn’t care what the consumer thought. They figured it would sell itself. The sliding window latch was broken also. Overall I found it to be a great deal. I got inside and I’ve never had anyone give me the buyers order as quickly as it was presented to me. Usually it’s conversation and discussion back-n-forth. Not like that here at all. She presented the numbers which started out $5k more than the price listed on the internet. Then, there was an additional $2k if you didn’t have a trade-in. I’ve never heard if anything so ridiculous in my entire vehicle shopping experiences. All of a sudden the price of the truck came to $32k. What? $7k more?!? You didn’t even present a CLEAN truck or replace the broken latch on the sliding window, but you’re going to try and convince me it’s worth $32k? Y’all need a urinalysis, because you’re smoking something!!! She then tried to be somewhat aggressive with her tone by informing me the retail value of the truck if I took it down the road and got it appraised. Hahaha! You might get a sucker later, but I was t one today with your sneaky practices to deceive your potential customer. Needle to say that I’ll NEVER return to this dealership in the future. Not trustworthy and deceiving. I’m sure they’ll respond with a company rehearsed rebuttal, but there’s no need. Use the time wisely and go detail your truck. More

My 2008 Corvette shift cable broke, I had it towed to the dealership and they assisted as soon as I arrived, Stacy my service representative was professional and prompt in dealing with my issue. She kept me dealership and they assisted as soon as I arrived, Stacy my service representative was professional and prompt in dealing with my issue. She kept me informed of the required repairs and timeline. I additionally had all my fluids changed. Great mechanic and excellent service. As a Corvette owner we can be a little obsessive about are cars but they treated it with kid gloves. I will be returning for all my service needs. Harry Gritter. More
Horrible!! Military here, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. No one knows anything. I had a 11 am appointment and when I get there one of the associates are talking to someone who’s not a custo place to anyone. No one knows anything. I had a 11 am appointment and when I get there one of the associates are talking to someone who’s not a customer then goes outside to speak with someone who’s outside in a car looks at a woman walking pass all while I’m standing there waiting. There wasn’t any hello good morning or anything. Then when a guy comes in he asks me my name pulls it up and still asks me what I’m here for when it’s all in my appointment application. So I tell him anyway. He tells me he doesn’t know when I’ll get my car back. Ummm no thank you. You don’t have answers you won’t have my service. I rather deal with Grieco Chevrolet. These guys are a joke. He said they’re backed up then don’t accept appointments.. then had the audacity to send me a link to give them a review after I set the appointment… I havent went to the dealership and they were asking for a xxxx review. So now I have to wait another day to see another dealership about my drivetrain. More
The salesmen do a good job getting you to buy a car, they are nice. Once you reach financing they rush and confuse the customer. My car needed some repairs, it took almost a month to get them done. After the deal is done, no one is reachable. The service person was unprofessional and seemed bothered to have to speak with customers. Just be careful and don't let you rush you. My best advice is if you want a car from them go look first make sure everything is fine with the car and go back next day to close the deal. More

Frauds! That’s the first thing that comes to mind! As many other people have commented on here, they lure you in with a fantastic price but then they tack on in my case another $9000.00 and that’s not ev many other people have commented on here, they lure you in with a fantastic price but then they tack on in my case another $9000.00 and that’s not even including the taxes and dealer fees! When I called them out on it Alex the sales manager said” The online price was a mistake! “ and proceeded to say they were going to fix it in the system. Waited a little while later and they changed up the online price by 2000. So I called them again and he said that the new price was also a mistake because he was still trying to sell the vehicle for an additional $9000 over the internet price listed! what started out as a vehicle listed for $28,300 But when I called Alex wanted 37,500 before fees! So glad I didn’t drive the 4 hours to this shady dealership! I agree with one of the other posters on here, this dealership is writing their own positive reviews to offset what’s really going on with their bait and switch scam! I bet they will post a nice glowing review about themselves to offset this one! Also, check out the BBB as they are not accredited with them! If you’re considering this dealership do your research first! More
