This was an asinine move by the service manager, who I was told was responsible for it! The car wash was again broken when I came in last, So I left after my service was completed with a filthy car and had to pay for my own car wash. It gets a little too noisy in the main waiting room of the sales department. The music was too loud and I couldn't read.. I do want to say, however, that I have leased five cars in a row from this Mazda franchise, and the sales people were all excellent. More
