I know that I was dealt with unfairly. Not only do I feel I was charged $2,000 more that the agreed to price the "manager" who called me afterwards was rude and accusatory - suggesting I was trying to get a better deal after it was consumated. And then said I was suspect for buying a car in St. Louis instead of dealing with a dealership. I was in St. Louis for a meeting and decided to compare prices there as well as from my home area. The dealer's statement saying, ". . . and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at the dealership" is untrue. The dealership to this point has basically said "tough" - we're not correcting anything. Dalton Ham P.S.: The salesman did call yesterday and sent an email showing his "numbers." Of course, the only numbers I was interest in was the bottom line and that has not changed. He did promise to send the second set of keys and the cover plate for the trailor hitch.

Dear Mr. Vore,   I am Amanda James, the Customer Service Manager at Lou Fusz Buick GMC and let me start by saying that I am sorry if you were not completely satisfied with your recent visit to our Dealership.  The Fusz Family prides themselves on giving great customer service and treating the customer “With Respect” no matter how challenging the situation.  From what I understand the whole thing became complicated because of a misunderstanding and then when another dealer got involved that made the situation even more difficult, and that is to be expected because we all want your business!! Because you had already contacted the dealer that we were trying to get the car from they thought that they had a buyer for it, you!...When we do Dealer Trades we are actually at the mercy of the other dealer that we are wanting to do the trade with. There is never a guarantee that we will have something that they would like in return for their vehicle. And these are the reasons why we could not acquire a vehicle. I never contacted the other dealer. I heard about the car thru another dealer that i contacted by phone.Another Lou Fusz Excuse. I have to admit one thing you guy's have some kind of excuse for everything. It's always someone else's fault but your own.
