I needed a power booster hose installed and requested that the truck not be tore down unless it was put together before the end of the day Then he refused to program the chip keys and do the oil change I had ordered the hose assembly in to be ready so my work truck would have as .ittle down time as absolutely possible Obviously had no consideration for my time and my effort to get the truck to Lou fusz ford at least Jordan in parts had cared enough to have the part available Grow up Rick More
Had my car for 6 days with no communication. I had to finally call. The service is not great every time I go there. The only reason I keep going back is because I can get in much quicker then a I had to finally call. The service is not great every time I go there. Also, they performed an oil change and charged me for it and I NEVER even requested one. Once I said something they knocked $20 off but I still paid for a service I never wanted. Service rep said Nikki added it on. I never even spoke with a female. Almost like it was added on purpose to charge me something. More
Lou Fusz has always been solid except for the last few times of service. This past time with my employer they stated my brakes were metal to metal and could not get the quote done correctly. That was from the factory not installing them correctly. 50k miles and rear brakes bad should have raised a flag. Instead they had the mindset of pay up. The fronts were flagged as red need changed also but were at 70% life. More
After being lied to on a used car purchase that cost me $3300 to fix i went in for service with appt time. 1 hr later car not touched and cannot get straight answer out of service rep.
