Brandon did great by letting me know that the mechanic was not in the day I dropped my box truck off. Since it’s my only delivery truck he knew I needed it and it would be better to let me know to grab it was not in the day I dropped my box truck off. Came in for recall, they did backup camera recall, got in car when picked up , took it home went to YouTube, reset the camera string and presto it work, shouldn’t they have known to do this, then got charged car when picked up , took it home went to YouTube, reset the camera string and presto it work, shouldn’t they have known to do this, then got charged 180 bucks to put silicone on a rubber seal for the undrrpowered window regulator from ford.
