Had appt for 10/5, car was towed to dealership 10/1; I notified service dept that car was being towed and it already had a service appt. Requested a call back on the 5th with 'diagnosis'. Did not hear from anyone until I called at 4:00 on the 6th - car had not been looked at yet. Service rep (Joshua) said he hadn't been able to reach me. He had my number and did not leave a message or text. I went to the dealership the morning of 10/7 - spoke with Joshua - he kept insisting he couldn't get a hold of me because the call kept going to voicemail. However he did not leave a message or text. Nor did he get the car into the service center on the 5th when it had an appointment. Subsequently met with Adam Berry who was helpful. More
