Repeated service that was done earlier this year My wife took the car in for regular service. She was told she needed the 60K mile service on her Sorento. The mileage was over 67K and my wife was alm My wife took the car in for regular service. She was told she needed the 60K mile service on her Sorento. The mileage was over 67K and my wife was almost positive she wouldn't have let it get that far over the threshold before taking it in, so she questioned whether it had already been done. She was told no. After going through our records afterward we did see that the same service was done earlier this year. So either the person helping her can't read back through their records for the past year or they just automatically pushed the service to be done again. Either way its our fault for listening to them. Won't happen again. More

I told him I had an alignment at another kia dealer and he told me i had to go back to that dealer to have my alignment fixed. If i had an alignment done at a kia dealership, shouldn't any kia dealer cover it? More
