Service left much to be desired I have been to several Kia dealerships for servicing my vehicle and this dealership did not meet my expectations. I went in for an oil change, tire r I have been to several Kia dealerships for servicing my vehicle and this dealership did not meet my expectations. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, to check my brakes which were squeaking and to perform a requested update. They stated that they also performed a multipoint inspection at no cost and a vehicle wash and vacuum at no cost. Generally when I receive a multipoint inspection I receive a full printout with everything that was looked at and it's current condition, however I received nothing at this time. Generally when I have my tires rotated I am also told the tread depth of my tires and their condition, however no information was given to me about my tires. It was also extremely obvious to me that my car was neither washed nor vacuumed during this visit. Overall a very disappointing visit and I will not be returning for further service needs. More
